2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach front house, x2 pets to care for, 3yr old tortoiseshell cat and a miniature schnauzer 3yrs. Mini Schnauzer requires lead walking twice daily on beach or path walking both require feeding twice a day and spoiling.

House has all mod cons very low maintenance, pot plants need to be watered and no yard to maintain. 300 mts to Jetty, supermarket, shops restaurants and police station. 100 mts to reliable public transport to Adelaide CBD and suburbs. Very good area with great neighbourhood watch & security definitely NO SMOKING.
