My unit is within a lovely complex of 10 units in total. We are like a small community. The unit is 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom & separate toilet, seperate lounge room & the kitchen/dining is open plan. There is a separate laundry that backs onto a single lock up garage, but also opens out to the enclosed cat area. The dining room opens externally to a small but functional courtyard. Walk to the supermarket and specialist main street shops within 5 minutes

Drysdale is on the Bellarine Peninsula with Portarlington & Ocean Grove each only 10 minutes drive. Or if you'd prefer the variety of a large shopping centre, you can drive to Geelong inside 25 minutes.

The Bellarine Peninsula is renowned for it's wineries. You might also just enjoy being so close to the beach, whether it be calm water or a surf beach.
