Place is a flat, so no garden to take care of. I have a cat so mainly if u could feed and let him out of an evening here and there. You do not have to stay every night or even during the daytime. Just majority of nights would be good. Small but clean upstairs ( 1 set of stairs) flat Behind Holden Hill police station. Car parking available. Complex looks a bit run down but inside is ok and neighbours are friendly.
