Wood fireplace in main lounge. Reverse cycle air conditioners in both lounge rooms. Main bedroom has ensuite. Sleeps 5 usually - could do up to 8 with spare mattress & sofa bed. Family friendly but also excellent for single/couple.

Unlimited wifi available. Phone reception is available but sometimes drops out - works better outside than in.

Oxley is a beautiful area - in the King Valley, surrounded by vineyards and wineries. Wangaratta is 15 mins away. Lovely place for a holiday base to explore North-East Victoria.

Restaurant/Cafe around the corner & corner store at the end of the road with post office and takeaway food.

Quality walking/riding tracks just metres down the road.
