Rural property on river bank 45 minutes to town.

Very friendly Marrema dogs (2 brothers) live outside/sleep on deck but need company and daily walk. Can be left home alone during day on occasion but cannot travel and need people around at night.

Five chooks for feeding and egg collecting/eating.

Lots of wildlife/birds, walks everywhere in bush or open country, very quiet.

Some gardens/orchards/hydroponic greenhouse all largely automated.

Neighbours friendly but not particularly close, so better for couples than singles.
