Please refer to other advertised assignment for more details, but seeking one or two sitters to loo after the above property (rent free) for a period of four to twelve weeks in length.

The sit can start anytime from 1st April 2026 up to the end of July 2026, and vary in length.

Two bedroom with dining, lounger and kitchen plus a study and large back garden. A/C (HEATER) Iin main rooms plus fans in other rooms. Property has monitored security. Solar on roof, and new water heater installed.

Gardner has been employed but some oversight of watering would be good.

Pets would be considered.

Car parking in site, and rear access for allowing caravan to be placed in back yard.
