House sit South Turramurra

Settling into South Turramurra means embracing its natural perimeter. Mornings often begin with a stroll along one of the many bush tracks that weave into the Lane Cove Valley, perfect for exercising a dog. These quiet paths, rich with eucalyptus scent, offer a serene start before returning to a peaceful home. The local parks, like those along Kissing Point Road, also provide easy spots for a quick run-around. For weekend exploration, consider a more extended hike within Lane Cove National Park, perhaps following the river for an hour or two. Afterward, a coffee from the small strip of shops on Kissing Point Road offers a simple break. If a wider excursion calls, buses connect to Turramurra Station, opening up rail travel. A car journey extends options further, to Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park for coastal bushwalks or even the Northern Beaches. The rhythm here is unhurried, grounded by the surrounding bushland. Pet care naturally integrates with access to extensive walking trails, ensuring they remain active and content. This quiet, leafy environment supports a calm domestic routine, allowing you to settle in comfortably amidst the distinct sounds of native birds.
