We live on acreage 20 minutes from Grafton. Our home is flood free and fronts the Clarence River. We have 3 dogs ( kelpie x and 2 foxies) very friendly dogs 1 cat, ( thinks it is a dog) 5 chooks and some cattle. Our dogs love company. Cattle requirements is just need to make sure troughs have water ( we have an electrical pump from river which is a switch in laundry) Property fronts Clarence River. We have a pool, ducted A/C. A quiet rural spot.

You can explore our beautiful valley with cuddles fo doggies of an evening. Pots and veg garden to be watered. I am happy to answer any questions if our sit interests you. Kind regards Lynne
