Assignment Requirements

I have a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with an outdoor sofa, for pit, beautiful lush gardens, and huge undercover BBQ area walking to beach and shops.

My loves are 2 dogs, a cat Beorn a 9yo ridgeback/kelpie , Digger a 4yo Jack Russell and Sharna a 15yo Himalayan /ragdoll cat. They are all very gentle and love a cuddle, dinner and a walk.

Gardens need a little water and would prefer a couple.

Suburb Insights
Life in Pottsville moves at the steady pace of the coastal hinterland, where the days follow the rhythm of the tides rather than a clock. You might start mornings with a slow coffee on the main strip before heading toward the creek or the coastline for a wander. Walking the local trails offers a quiet way to clear your head between pet feeding and house check-ins. The atmosphere here is unhurried, making it easy to settle into a routine of watching the sunrise or finding a quiet patch of grass in a nearby park to read. Local food tends to be fresh and unpretentious, often centered around small cafes or weekend markets that showcase regional produce. When you aren't tending to the garden or keeping an eye on the dog, exploring the nearby estuary or the sandy stretches of beach provides a natural escape. This pocket of the coast rewards those who appreciate stillness and the simple act of being present in a landscape shaped by salt air and subtropical greenery.
