Non smoker, preferred non drinker, retired couple, for a large house, with 2 small nearly 9 years old dogs and 1 very old garage dweller cat.

No other people to use the house. Lawn will need to be mowed and indoor plants watered. The use of 2 bedrooms , bathroom, lounge,

kitchen, family TV room ,sun room, laundry, plunge pool and driveway could park a caravan or a Motorhome depending on size. We will be

away from about the 17of October till about the 13of December . We have family in town if any thing is required.The house is fitted with smoke detectors, has the internet, gas cooking and gas hotwater as well as heater, there is an air conditioner. It is a quiet area and close ( about 2 k to shops), bus comes up the street about 2 times a day and goes to shops. Local pool and close to Pokolbin vineyard area, restaurants boutiques and chocolate and lolly shops.
