House sit WATSON

Living in Watson offers a gentle, leafy pace that feels worlds away from the city's frantic energy. Most mornings begin with a slow wander toward the local cafes along Banksia Street, where the smell of fresh coffee blends with the quiet hum of the neighbourhood. If your house sit includes a dog, the nearby Majella Park provides excellent stretches of green for long walks, or you can follow the winding bushland trails that snake through the nearby hills. These paths offer a sense of solitude that makes looking after a home here feel incredibly grounding. The area carries a distinct character shaped by its proximity to the Australian National University and the surrounding nature reserves. You might find yourself walking through the quiet, tree-lined streets to catch a bus toward the city, or perhaps browsing the local produce during weekend markets. This suburb rewards those who appreciate stillness and a genuine sense of belonging among neighbours who value their privacy and their gardens.
