We have one male 8-year-old cat. Named Simba he has his own sleeping bed 0utside in the old Kitchen Loves his cuddles and Attention likes to come into the house and spend some time during the day. The house is on one acre with a further 10acres in front overlooking the Snowy River flats. No need to worry about the 10 acres as we have few head cattle and is being looked after by a cattle agent. If you like gardening, we have a vegie garden and flower garden. Ride on Lawn mower if you need to mow.

We are not worried if you don't. Sort of garden that looks after itself. Plenty of fishing rods in the shed as there is good fishing at Marlo.
