We have one chihauha who lets himself in and out via the doggy door you need to care for him he gets separation anxiety but otherwise well mannered and a great dog , the yard is big he is safe if the gate is kept shut . We don't mind if you have a pet as long as the house is kept clean and free of odors . It is a very quiet safe location 10 mins from the beach the neighbors are good and all we ask (while we are interstate) is to water the plants and look after the dog . Prefer just one person or a maybe a couple who have the time to take the dog out and just live quietly while youre there .You also need to have the time to familiarize yourself with us the dog , and the house prior to agreement .
