Hello! I am looking for a responsible, caring, active house-sitter to care for my house and beautiful Brittany Spaniel, Lola, for approx 1 month while I am travelling.

ABOUT MY GORGEOUS DOG

Lola is a spritely 8 year old Brittany Spaniel who has two or three 30 min walks a day (morning, afternoon, and quick walk before bed). She is medium sized, about 15 kg. She has a simple diet and no medical needs. She has a sweet personality, is very loyal and loving, and would thrive with someone who loves to give scratches and hugs. She sleeps on her bed - not in yours! She is used to company (I am a retiree), so she is comfortable with up to 4 hours home alone, but would not be happy to be left alone all day or for long nights. This is important of course, as her comfort is of top priority!

THE LOCATION

The home is on the edge of Randwick, Clovelly and Bronte suburbs with many easy public transport options. It’s a 10 min walk to Bronte Beach, 15 min to Clovelly Beach and 20 min to Coogee Beach - all part of the famous Sydney coastline walks. It’s short walk to stunning large parks like Queens Park and Centennial Park. There is a wonderful selection of local shops, cafes and restaurants within 5 mins walk. There are two local grocery stores within 3-5 min walk, many local specialty bakeries, and the huge luxury Bondi Junction Westfield shopping centre is 10 mins bus/20min walk.

THE HOUSE

The house is a semi-detached single story home with well-established front and back gardens that will need light maintenance including watering, sweeping, and tidying up any errant dog poop! (But Lola usually does her business on walks!). There are several bedrooms, one main bathroom and a smaller toilet, spacious living area and modern kitchen. There are outdoor sitting areas in the sunny back courtyard and shady side deck.
