Comfortable home on small acreage. Two dogs, one cat and two Clydesdale Horses to keep an eye on, feed, water etc. Have birds as well but they will be provided for. Large flat screen TV, wifi. Unfortunately no mobile service but landline available. Only 10ks from Inverell and 1k from General Store. Dogs are outside dogs and only need to be fed once a day. They have about a third of an acre to run around in and two huge kennels. We have two lovely verandas where you can sit and have a coffee.
