This is a year long house sit. We are aware this is a long sit and are willing to consider shorter periods if necessary.

The property has a huge back patio extending the length of the house which makes great opportunity for outdoor relaxing whilst overlooking the landscaped pool. There is an outdoor shower/toilet facility, 3 bay shed, caravan shed and parking facility for small boat, garden shed and mower shed. Part of the property is colour bond fenced

No animals to worry about and friendly neighbours live on similar size land.

Mowing and pool maintence are necessary, as is minimal watering of some undercover plants, timed watering of some perimeter hedges, mail will be re-directed.

Fully solar powered property, town water, tank water, and on-site septic

Prefer to offer house sit to those with pool and mowing experience.
