We are on 1.3 acres in a rural residential estate 8 kilometres from the town centre and 40 minutes from Noosa and the Sunshine Coast. We have no pets. We have a 8.2 x 4.2 salt water pool with solar heating. We have a 4 bedroom home and vegetable garden as well as some flower gardens which may require watering. We have a ride on mower and a small section of our yard requires mowing at least fortnightly.
