Hello

I am looking for a trusted house sitter who can care for two dogs and a home while my family and I are on a road trip for three weeks in July. Patch is an 8 year old Lab who is very gentle, very relaxed and affectionate. My younger dog (Cody) is a 3 year old King Charles Cavalier/Lab cross (I try not to imagine how). He is also very affectionate, curious and prone to needing hugs during storms (he also does not trust the vacuum cleaner, lawnmower or whipper snipper). Both love walks, pats and the very occasional treat.

I live in a single story four bedroom house with my family in a quiet suburb in Gungahlin, Canberra. A local bar/bistro is within a short bike ride. Art Galleries, Lake Burly Griffin, and the National Museum are a short drive away. Our home has, ducted gas heating, there are bus stops nearby (and light rail in the next suburb), NBN, a very nice pool table, several living areas, renovated bathrooms with heating, and a lovely garden (with one section that the dogs are only allowed into under supervision as they squash the plants)!
