I have a small dog (fox terrier/Jack Russel cross) 11 years old. She doesn't need a lot of exercise but loves company and prefers to sit near you, on you and preferably likes to sleep on a bed. House has two bedrooms and lovely back yard and deck with views over Lake Macquarie.

There is a great park (Speers Point Park) approximately 15 min walk/3 min drive from where we live. It takes 10 to drive to the freeway M1 connecting to Hunter Valley and Newcastle.
