We have a three bedroom house on 25 acres, 10 minutes drive from Milton, NSW South Coast. We are looking for a couple (ideally) to look after our house while we are away spending Xmas with family in UK.

The sitter's main requirement is to occupy the house while we are away, plus some weeding and garden watering and cutting grass on ride-on mower.

There are no pets or animals and the garden is not yet established, so gardening tasks are basic with the opportunity to help us out by improving the garden if our house-sitter has a flair for gardening. This would be a big plus.

Our house is in the Southern Shoalhaven - a popular holiday destination, with many spectacular beaches and bush walks within easy reach. Our house is located just off the highway, so the location is very accessible and not remote.
