No animals. Keep house clean and garden watered tidy and secure. Will require an agreement to be signed and would favour applicants with a current police check. As this is a short term house sit we will not require the applicant to pay any utility costs as long as the use has been reasonable.

We also have a house sitter requirement from 19th January to 15th February and a long term sit mid year of several months.
