We live on an isolated 9 acre property 7 km from Guyra on the NSW Nthn Tablelands.

We have an off-grid power system.

We have 4 horses that will require feeding twice a day and grooming, rugging and unrugging, so the housesitter will need to be experienced and confident around horses. We also have a cat that is kept inside at night and most of the day.

We have a cosy 2-bedroom cottage with wood heater and gas stove and gas hot water system. Our power system is off-grid.
