Looking after 1 extremely intelligent budgie. The budgie is very friendly and talkative. He needs to be let out for a couple of hours first thing in the morning (he's not an early riser) a couple of hours in the afternoon and evening. He is very well behaved and will go back in his cage when asked to do so. The home is a relatively new 3 bedroom house, beautifully decorated. We live on a friendly housing estate with walks. Sorry but no pets considered and preferably a couple with no children but will consider. References will be required and followed up.
