This is a house on ten acres in the hills just outside Tharwa, ACT. I have a very friendly dog, cat and cockatoo, all low maintenance. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a gym with treadmill/weight machine/stationary bikes. I also have Foxtel and broadband Internet. It is a 20 minute drive from Conder, ACT. If you are looking for an escape from the city while still being in easy driving distance, this is a great place to be.
