Our property is located 6klms from Yeppoon. We have 33 acres of land and no livestock at the moment. There is approximately 4 acres of mowing around the house and we have a ride on mower and all gardening tools. The house is located in a highly elevated position with views to the Byfield ranges. We have a septic system and underground water. This water is drinkable from the tap. The house is a 3 bedroom 1bath 1 toilet. We have 2 dogs, a 10 year old jack Russel and an 11 year old staffy x. Both are very friendly but we request that potential sitters don’t have any pets.
