We have a single level house with a pool, lovely garden and a big firepit. Marty is our German Pointer who is 4 ish and we also have a 14-year-old cockatiel bird called Hetfield who is out of his cage in the evenings and all night (inside) then outside in a cage during the day. We have a lot of pot plants and hanging baskets that need watering. We are currently looking for a new rescue dog who we may have by then. Marty gets 1 long and 1 short walk every day and he is a rescue dog who we have had for 2 years. He has recently lost his best friend who was our little pug and is a very friendly big boy, a gentle 35kg goofball. He suffers from epilepsy and is easily medicated twice a day with pills which he cheerfully eats in his meals. He has on average, 1 fit every month or so. These are very short, and his recovery is quick. You don't have to do anything but let him outside afterwards.
