House sit MUNDARING

We have a secondary home on our property that we would be happy to offer in exchange for some help around the property. Ultimately we would like to convert this property to an airbnb in April so any sitters with renovation experience would be ideal, you would be fixing up the place that you are living in exchange for rent. There is ample shaded area to park a caravan and you would not need to be on site everyday. It would be an ideal space to come to between other house sits. The shed house is rustic but large inside with 2 bedrooms a full kitchen, attached bathroom with shower and a large sleepout that could be used for storage. We have quendas, fairy wrens and other amazing native birds and animals on this property so cats are a very definite no but we'd consider a well behaved dog. The shed house does not yet have air conditioning (we will be having this installed but no set date) or wifi (this could also be installed). We have not yet installed furniture but have some seating, a sofa and a fridge available. If you have worked or lived on a farm, with fruit trees, have experience with reticulation or setting up self sufficient watering systems you would be a great help to us and this could be mutually beneficial.
