Requirements
I have a calm good natured young dog who needs a walk once a day. I also have an aviary of Gouldian finches which need water and seed every 2 days.
My home has 3 bedrooms, open kitchen lounge with north facing courtyard. The garden is lovely and maintanance free. The home has gas heating/ cooking and is a in the CBD in a quiet street close to the bowling club, It is in walking distance of shops and river walks and easy access to rail trails for cycling.
