We need a reliable housesitter from 20th Nov to 29th Nov. Off-the-grid self contained 1 room dwelling on 9 acres, Isolated a

& completely away from it all, yet only 5 min from the small township of Guyra & 30 min north of Armidale in the beautiful New England Northern Ranges. Our two horses will need to be fed hay & checked twice a day, other than that the place is yours to enjoy and savour the peaceful isolation of the top of the ranges country. If you like a simple life style, this is the place for you. There is a beautiful little creek bordering the block.

The dwelling is on a 12v solar system with an inverter for charging your devices. The shower and toilet are basic but practical.

If you have a caravan, or similar, you are more that welcome to park and live in it.
