This is part of a large rural property, but my house and land are on twenty acres with an acre of grass around the house. The house sitter will be required to look after two very friendly dogs, a small Border Collie and a young Kelpie. I usually run the dogs once a day (on the property) using a quad bike, which is very easy to ride. There are two chooks to feed and gather eggs from. I have three house cows that require feeding with hay every other day. It would be good if the sitter could keep the house grass down and there is a ride-on mower for that purpose. If the sitter could come to the property a few days before departure, I could run through these simple tasks.
