Mow the small lawn occasionally to keep tidy. Keep the current state of tidiness and cleanliness in the house.

Appreciate and enjoy living in a natural environment on top of the D'Aguilar range where the air is clean and cool. I still need a blanket in summer!

About Ocean View:

Rural residential and a few dairy farms. Adjacent to the D'Aguilar North National Park - very extensive with lots of attractions.

13 klms north of Dayboro which is a great town (Where the footpath ends and the West begins!) Lots of horses, cattle, pineapples, a pub, supermarket, very good Doctor, chemist, cafes/food outlets (The Old Storehouse is a must!) hardware & produce, servo, pool and Dirty Hairy's - the best barber shop in the State!

Woodford is just over the range within 30 mins and the Sunshine Coast is up Steve Irwin way past Landsborough to the Caloundra turnoff. Maleny and Montville are less than an hours drive.

There is plenty of room for a large caravan next to an outdoor power point on the front driveway 3 metres from the house.
