Loads of bird life, wallabies, wombats, the odd echidna, lyrebirds.

20 minutes from Major Shopping Centre.

An hour and a half from Sydney, Hunter Wine Region.

Mind pets: 2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 very friendly goats.

Dogs need walking at least once a day - short walk off lead on property.

Cats need feeding twice a day.

Goats get fed and watered twice a day and are rotated to a second paddock regularly.

There will be limited gardening needed at this time of year, perhaps watering of pot plants.

Prefer no pets of your own, or children staying.
