3br house, 1x queen and 1x double plus futon. I have a blue burmese cat, budgie and 2x chooks that need looking after. I live in a quite suburb 10 min drive to cbd and 2 min walk to bus stop and 200mt away from supermarket. Great place for day trips and to visit the tamar wine route, grindelwald, penny royal. 1x nights away o.k as cat looks after himself if well fed and watered before you head off. Kitty tray needs to be changed every cpl of days! Budgie just needs water changed and seed, chooks have feeder that just needs re-filling once a week.
