Hello,

I'm looking for a neat, quiet someone to care for my new apartment and 2 sister cats Astrid and Ruby while I'm away overseas. They are very very sociable and very sweet - they're small domestic shorthaired cats, rescues, strictly indoors. They're 4 years old in October of this year (I'll just miss their birthday!). They have no medical issues (as long as their diet isn't changed), just some odd quirks and annoying habits (which I will outline). They love play, they love people (and, of course, attention and praise).

The apartment is in the new Embark building on Northbourne Avenue. It has 2 bedrooms (although one is currently serving as an office), 2 bathrooms, and a lovely 'winter garden'. You'll have access to all new appliances, wifi, and all streaming services (and a good book library). It's a very comfortable place. And in a good location. I'm a bit pedantic about cleanliness and certain things, but I'm sure house-sitters are used to this kind of thing. I think the home would be suited to a single person (preferably a woman) or a couple.

I rent out my carspace, so unfortunately I'm unable to offer that.
