I am the owner of a beautiful black Great Dane cross dog called Jed. He is very placid and easy going. He lies around on our 14 acre property and enjoys a walk each afternoon to chase rabbits and enjoy the scenery.

My home is made from mud brick and is a character filled, much loved family home. It has rustic charm and appeal and is very easy to live in. Two large living areas, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a useful landing all under exposed beams and a cathedral ceiling form the large spacious home.

The house is on a gravel road about 5k from the little village of Gordon. Ballarat is 30 minutes and Melbourne 1 hour. The Fast train is 10 minutes away.

There is garden and lawn requiring moderate attention.
