Feed our elderly dog 'Bindi' Beagle/Border Collie cross. A quiet, gentle, friendly girl. 6 Chooks, collect the eggs and shut the coop up at night. Water some plants if needed. Otherwise, enjoy the serenity! Sitting on three acres of land, our home is nestled quietly among eucalypt, grevillea and fruit trees, attracting more than 80 different species of birds, also butterflies, native bees and countless other fauna and flora. With rural views across a valley to the south, our veranda offers a quiet, tranquil place to take in birdsong and nature.
Our house is a split level pole home. Downstairs is the living area, with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room, with views all around. This feeds onto the wrap around veranda and BBQ area. The guest bedrooms, main bathroom and laundry are to be found on ground level and where you access the driveway, undercover carport, clothesline and chicken coop from. There is room for a caravan, motor home and/or boat if needed.
Local hiking, mountain biking and horse-riding trails lead past our front gate. This is the Noosa Trail Network, a series of walks and rides that cater for a range of fitness levels.
