Our home in this lovely rural setting has stunning views over farmland to the Great Dividing Range. We are located 5 minutes north of the township of Kalbar, we are 30 minutes from Ipswich, 1 hour from Brisbane and approx. 1 ½ hours from the Gold Coast. We are about 15 minutes’ drive from Lake Moogerah, 30 minutes from Maroon Dam and Wyaralong Dam. Mt French National Park is about 20 minutes’ drive with amazing views after a short walk from the car park. There are picnic tables and toilets at the top. Main Range National Park is about 25 minutes’ drive with bush walks and picnic facilities there.

We have 1 4yr old friendly Dog. 4 chickens, and many wild birds- Wrens, Finches, Doves, magpies.

Our gardens are easy to maintain with lawn needing little care during the winter months. Some watering of plants on front patio and minimal garden care depending on weather.

Otherwise it’s basically just having someone here having a presence and being company for our dog and chooks while we venture into the great outdoors.
