We have a dog who loves human contact and a garden that would require attention

Ideally looking for a middle aged couple....no children....none smokers (preferred)

House has a pool that would require a little maintenance also an (unoccupied) granny flat that gets daily airing out

The main house is a 5 b/room home with AC and ducted heating....also have cable (Fox) TV

The departure/return dates are not yet locked in....these dates may vary by a week or so
