Elevated property on just over an acre in the Palmwoods hinterland, 10 minutes from Montville. We will be travelling for work and cannot take our pets.

We would prefer a mature couple, either retired or who work from home who can manage the yard (mow, whipper snip and some weeding). Quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by nature.

The house is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an office, fireplace and large balcony.

We have 2 cats - 10 & 13, 4 chickens and a budgie.

Our dog is a one year old Border Collie / Kelpie who is needy and is used to having someone home most of the time. He loves the ball and a run on the dog beach at North Shore Twin Waters, and is also great with other dogs.

Our home is on tank water, and septic, has solar and gas. Some experience with acreage living would be preferred. Dates above are approximate, with some flexibility either way.

No public transport close by so a car is essential.

All pet costs will be covered, but payment of utilities (electric, gas & internet) would be the responsibility of the house sitters.
