I live on the South Coast 18k from Batemans Bay on a 15ac hobby Farm. I have a horse that needs feeding every morning and 4 chickens. The horse is very gentle with no vices. Chickens only need water and food topping up once a week and letting out for a time to eat some grass. There are some pot plants that might need watering if it is hot and a vegi garden which will look after it's self. It is a beautiful area near a National Park and beaches. The house is large with 4 bedrooms.
