We have an older home in North Albury, very comfortable, nicely renovated. Ducted heating plus reverse cycle in living area. Lovely long, deep bath. WiFi, Netflix, Britbox.

Pets: one pampered pomeranian, one senior cat, one cockatoo (caged) and 6 chooks.

Watering probably minimal at this time of year. A few potted plants but otherwise not a lot of gardening.

Our car may be available for use in our absence depending on insurance requirements being met.
