Tha house is situated on 40 acres and backs onto the Watagan mountains.

There are two horses ( these can be cared for by someone else if necessary), three cows who are self sufficient , some chooks and one border collie dog who loves her daily walk.

Morisset is ten km away and has most facilities ie supermarkets, shops, doctors and dentists.

It is 8 mins to the M1 and so a bit more than an hour to Sydney.

All that is required is that the dog is loved, fed and watered. The chooks need feeding each day and watered and you get to eat the eggs. If you can , the horses need feeding at night and their water checked.
