Active and energetic person/s to care for two dogs and a large modern home near the beach. Both dogs are healthy, active and energetic - a kelpie and a border terrier cross. They are used to having someone home 24/7. They like a walk each day, playing in our yard and following us around our 2 acre property as we do jobs. Gates must be kept closed at all times. The dogs enjoy the full run of the house and sleep inside. We have a large garden which needs some light gardening duties to keep it neat and tidy while we are away. Other duties include collecting mail, bring in parcels, watering indoor and patio plants and bringing in/putting out bins. Our regular gardener and cleaner will come while we are away. Other visitors may include the spa guy and the termite guys (external service). As this is a short stay we do not require any contribution to utilities or other bills. House sitters must be non-smokers. This is not a suitable housesit for a family with children. Our driveway is not suitable for a caravan, but there is space to park your vehicle off the street.
