We have 2 dogs (7 year old miniature schnauzer and 8 year old border terrier cross) and 7 chooks. The house is on the edge of the Bowral township on a 4000m2 block. The dogs do not have to be walked everyday. They are happy snooping around the garden looking for rabbits.

House is double glazed, lovely views across the valley from the side of Mt Gibraltar. Pleasant walk to the town. Very friendly neighbours who will happily take any surplus eggs. Vegetable garden, which is productive, and available for the occupants to use at their will.

Need someone who can occupy for the entire period.
