Assignment Requirements

I am building my house so this is only suitable for people with their own caravan or van. There is water and power. My four donkeys need their ears and bottoms scratched while I'm away. My land is 11.5 acres of private bush and paddock. Lots of native wildlife. It's off the road so very quiet. Beaches and bush walks ten minutes away. Just over an hour to Hobart and nearest post office and shops ten minutes away.

We are on the Tasman Peninsula. The peninsula is home to the three capes walk, Port Arthur historic site and plenty of beaches and bush walks. It is a rural area with a vibrant community with people of all ages. Lots of musicians and creative people, farmers and veggie growers. There is an abundance of native wildlife. My land has everything from wombats, pademelon, echidna and Tassie devils. It's North facing and protected so sunny and warm. It's magical.
