Large, luxurious, Tuscan inspired home on 58 beautiful acres, set in the lush Manning Valley. We have two easy care dogs to look after and give a daily walk, a large finch aviary which requires a little time topping up feed containers daily (10 minutes) and several outdoor fishponds. Minimal cleaning even though it is a large home as we would still have our cleaner come in every week. Some mowing required using our ride-ons, watering and a little weeding. We would still have our regular garden maintenance man call. Great neighbours, wonderful community. Close to beaches, fishing spots, bush walks. Looking for mature, non-smoking couple.
