Lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Low maintenance yard (now mowing or watering required). Conveniently located 10kms from Perth CBD, 5 minutes drive from Galleria shopping centre and 20 minutes drive from beautiful beaches.
Three small dogs; two puppies (housetrained) and an elderly Llasa Apso. Don't need much exercise, but do love pats. The old doggy needs one tablet per day.
Housesitter must be able to provide checkable references please.
