Suburb Insights

Our large property is located in Jandakot, a quiet residential area in Perth’s southern suburbs. The home is conveniently situated close to local shops, supermarkets, cafés and parks, with easy access to nearby suburbs and major roads. Cockburn Central is approximately 4km away, offering a range of shopping, dining and entertainment options, including Cockburn Gateway Shopping City. Success and other surrounding suburbs are also within easy reach, making it a convenient location for exploring the southern Perth area. Our home provides a peaceful and comfortable environment, ideal for someone who enjoys a relaxed residential setting. We share our home with our much-loved dog, so we are looking for a house sitter who enjoys animals and is happy to provide her with company, attention and care during their stay.
