1 king size bedroom ground floor flat, within 5 mins walk of Bondi Beach. Large private deck with BBQ facilities. No more than 10 minutes walk to restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and bars. 2 minutes walk from the iconic Bondi breakfast café Harry's and Japanese restaurant Raw Bar. Bus stop nearby for public transport to Bondi Junction or Watsons Bay.

We have 1 cat who is 2 years old and spends most of her time outside. She will need food, water and a bit of play time. She spends most of her days outside (there is a cat flap for her to come and go) but we keep her inside at nighttime. We also have some indoor and outdoor plants that will need watering.
