Brand new house on 1 and a half acres in a quiet rural village near Wangaratta, Victoria. Modern and compact, 2 bedrooms. Neat minimal garden at this stage. Lovely little pub nearby. Near wineries, ski fields, great walks, gold fossicking in the creek at the bottom of the paddock, excellent restaurants in the area, close to Prosecco country and the King Valley.

Our pets

3 dogs to care for - one elderly kelpie, Coco, and 2 juvenile boys - a small energetic blue heeler, Bruce, and a larger, calmer kelpie/Maremma cross rescue pup, Rodney. The old girl pretty much sleeps all day. Lovely walks in the town, and the boys are used to a walk a day. Maybe a little ball play before dinner. There is a secure back yard for them when you are out. They should all be kept away from cars, especially Coco who is deaf, and Bruce, who has come off second best twice. They are inside dogs, who sleep inside at night. on their beds.

House Tasks

Minimal garden at this stage, but lawns will need to be done, especially coming in to spring. We have a ride-on mower to make the job easier.
